This class provides a great cardiovascular workout on our RealRyder spin bikes! These bikes mimic a bike you would ride outside as it can tilt from side to side, providing for a total body workout that will crush the calories! It's fun, it's different, and it's intense! We ride flat roads, climb hills, and sprint with varied resistance and a combination of challenging drills! Bring a towel, water bottle and a great attitude!
