Join us for a 45 minute class that incorporates rowing, resistance training, full body strength, and HIIT rounds of Tabata. This class is sure to give you a high intensity sweat, low impact burn and full body results.

Take the class in THE STUDIO. Registration suggested, first come first serve otherwise.
