The Barre : Paducah is a fusion of yoga, pilates, strength training, and ballet. Barre uses sequencing patterns and isometric movements to target specific muscle groups. This pattern of exercise helps to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and posture. By targeting the abs, glutes, thighs, and arms clients walk away from EVERY class feeling a TOTAL body workout. Through cued advancements, modifications, and encouragement we strive to make each workout personalized. Barre is low-impact and conducive to all fitness levels, it really is for everyone!
