I’m an INSTRUCTOR

WHAT I TEACH:
Spin classes.

MY WHY:
Staying fit allows me to be more physically capable and responsive in a hostile world.

‍INTERESTS BESIDES FITNESS:
Learning about Christ; encouraging others in their spiritual, intellectual and physical growth; rocks & gem stones; American Indian artifact hunting; community growth & development; being a great example for others to emulate.

Exceed your expectations today. Do it again tomorrow.

‍INTERESTING FACT ABOUT ME:
I was in a near fatal car wreck when I was 18. I’ve had well over 600 stitches or staples over my many years of misadventures.

‍‍‍LIFE ADVICE:
Always think about the long-term consequences of your actions. If you aren’t a person who thinks long term, ask someone who is.

WHEN I WAS A KID, I WANTED TO BE:
A lawyer.

MY SUPERPOWER:
The ability to grow body hair in abundance.

Do a cross-country bike ride.

Your fitness shouldn’t be about impressing anyone, it should be about achieving and sustaining good health for a lifetime.

Being really hungry at a really good buffet.

Peace and composure in the face of irrational conflict and liars.

I have been a licensed attorney for almost 35 years.

HOBBY I WANT TO LEARN:
Good housekeeping (I’m told that I need this…)
