I’m an INSTRUCTOR

WHAT I TEACH:
I’ve been teaching since headband & leg warmer days and have taught just about every type of class except water.

MY WHY:
As an obese teen, I was marginalized by mean-spirited classmates. After a profound high school experience, my trajectory of physical & emotional wellness changed. God gave me the gift of encouragement. Seeing people feel accomplished while forgetting about life’s hardships for just a bit makes me feel like I’ve left the world a better place than when I got out of bed that morning.

I was the only girl in my high school who could palm a basketball.
