2001 – Gold’s Gym franchise purchased and in operation while a new location was under construction.

2004 – The Livingwell Centre opened, bringing together Energy Fitness with martial arts, physical therapy, dermatology, and other health-related services.

2013 – Energy Fitness completed a million-dollar renovation to offer boxing, group classes, athletic and outdoor training opportunities.

2019 – A partnership with local physicians turned the Livingwell Centre into a full-service medical and wellness complex.

2020 – The GYM opened! Our 35,000sqft, multi-level training ground began with a powerhouse, cardio equipment, specialized studios, recovery services, EMS training, kids club, and half-mile lighted outdoor trail.

2026 – The GYM reinvested member dues into cutting-edge biometric testing, advanced recovery tools, and new strength, powerlifting, and cardio equipment.
